So I wonder what happens when foreigners become hated and thus the target of one of those squads.
The Commission on Human Rights will look into Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte's admission that he has links to the Davao Death Squad, adding that the killing of criminals in Davao is now being copied in other key cities in Mindanao. MORE
